These Terms of Service govern your use of the medical tourism platform services provided by MediKorea Consulting ("Company"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
The Company provides the following services: • Hospital search and information • Medical appointment booking • Medical consultation referrals • Ancillary services (interpretation, accommodation, transportation) The Company operates as a platform intermediary. Actual medical services are performed by each hospital.
Members must provide accurate information and are responsible for account security. Unauthorized use or sharing of another person's account is prohibited.
Bookings are confirmed after hospital verification. Your booking is finalized once you receive a confirmation email. The Company will notify you in advance of any changes or cancellations due to hospital circumstances.
Service fees and treatment costs follow each hospital's pricing policy. Payments are processed through secure payment systems, and all prices are transparently disclosed before booking.
Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before the procedure. Later cancellations follow the hospital's refund policy and may incur cancellation fees. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
The Company provides platform intermediary services and is not directly liable for medical treatment outcomes. While we support mediation in medical disputes, ultimate responsibility lies with the medical institution.
Information provided through our service is for reference only and does not substitute professional medical advice. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with your treating physician.
All content on the service (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) is the property of the Company or respective rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
The Company may restrict service access or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent use, or legal requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In case of disputes, the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.
The Company may modify these terms as needed. Changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
