Deposit / Bayad / Pagbabago / Cancellation / Refund Policy

1. Deposit

•Lahat ng package ay nangangailangan ng 20% deposit ng total package price.
•Magsisimula ang hospital, accommodation, at transport scheduling pagkatapos ma-confirm ang deposit.

2. Pagkumpirma ng Booking

•Confirmed ang reservation pagkatapos matanggap ang deposit.
•Ang final confirmation ay combination ng hospital availability, accommodation availability, at kondisyon ng pasyente.
•May ilang medical item na puwedeng magbago base sa specialist.

3. Balance Payment

•Bayaran ang balance nang hindi lalampas sa 7 araw bago dumating sa Korea.
•Ang last-minute reservations ay maaaring nangangailangan ng full prepayment.
•Kung may hiwalay na advance payment ang hospital o hotel, ipapaalam namin bago.

4. Itinerary Change

•Pinapayagan ang 1 itinerary change hanggang 14 araw bago umalis, subject sa availability.
•Sa loob ng 13 araw, may real costs o change fee.
•Kung confirmed na ang hospital, accommodation, o transport, ang kanilang rules ang masusunod.

5. Cancellation at Refund

•15+ araw bago umalis: full refund ng deposit (bawas sa transfer/payment fees o real costs na nagkaroon).
•8–14 araw bago umalis: 80% refund ng deposit.
•4–7 araw bago umalis: 50% refund ng deposit.
•1–3 araw bago umalis: hindi na ma-refund.
•Same-day cancellation o no-show: hindi refundable.

6. Medical Reservation Notes

•Kapag confirmed na ang hospital consultation, exam, procedure, o surgery, sundin ang cancellation rules ng hospital.
•Ang surgery deposit, exam deposit, o hospital prepayment ay sunod sa hospital refund rules.
•Ang hospital fees na hiwalay sa MediKorea package ay sunod sa hospital rules.

7. Accommodation at Transport

•Hotel / residence cancellation o change pagkatapos i-confirm ay sunod sa policy ng provider at may real fees.
•Kapag confirmed ang vehicle schedule, may real dispatch at reservation fees para sa cancellation o change.

8. No-show

•Kung hindi pumunta sa airport pickup, hospital, hotel check-in, o confirmed na appointment na walang paunang abiso, ituturing na no-show.
•Walang refund sa no-show; ang pagpapatuloy ng itinerary ay may additional fees.

9. Exceptions

•Force majeure (natural disasters, cancelled flights, entry restrictions, seryosong health issues) ay susuriin nang individual gamit ang supporting documentation.
•Ang real costs na naganap sa third-party hospitals, hotels, at transport ay maaaring ibawas pa rin.

10. Final Notes

•Ang package itinerary ay puwedeng mag-adjust base sa kondisyon, hospital timing, at trapiko.
•Final medical decisions ay ginagawa ng attending specialist.
•Ang availability ng specific procedure o surgery ay ma-cconfirm lang pagkatapos ng consultation.
